Police said a vehicle had stopped at a stop sign at Elm Street and Cross Hill Road. Police said that while that vehicle was stopped, Neverdousky drove his vehicle around the stopped car on the left, in the wrong lane, in the process striking the parked car’s rear quarter panel, damaging most of the driver’s side. Neverdousky then fled the scene. The other driver wrote down his license plate number and called police. Neverdousky was arrested for having no insurance, operating with a suspended license, evading responsibility, and failure to drive in a proper lane. He was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.
