    How To Start Calisthenics For Beginners – Legs

    So this is the second video of many more to come of my how to start calisthenics for beginner video series as this is a highly requested video by many of my viewers.

    This second how to start calisthenics for beginners video includes me sharing the top four calisthenics exercises you want to do consistently over time to build your leg muscles strength and size as much as possible.

    I demonstrate for the four different calisthenics exercises which are squats, calve raises, walking lunges and laterial squats alongside me explaining fully how to perform them all with correct form, what not to do, how to progress to performing these exercises fully and correctly, i also share with you how to make each exercise harder for people that start to find the basic beginner leg exercises to easy to perform.

    I also share with you some warming up exercises prior to your leg workout and i explain why you want to warm up before a calisthenics session, how to slow the heart rate with your breath, how long to rest between exercises, how many times to train legs a week and much more.

    By doing all of these exercises i share with you in this video over time you will be able to easily do things like pistol squats, broad jumps and many other intermediate and advanced calisthenics exercises.
