Great video…Could you also share a few pointers on how to manage the "rehydration"… what to eat/drink, when to eat/drink before and during the run, so that the body is optimally charged for a good run… the indications from the system are usually when it has run out and without the anticipation that the run is going to continue, hence the question…!!!

    2. Thanks! I've been running races for over 10 years now, and confess that I usually just show up at the start line without having warmed up at all, or with just a little jogging. I"ll remember to incorporate more of these warm-up tools into my race day routine!
